Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities ranging from getting a job order, sourcing for candidates and matching of candidates into the job
- Maintaining and expanding the clientele base for the Company
- Marketing of Company’s services to new and existing clients
- Provide professional advice to clients and candidates
- Establish and maintain good relationship with client and candidates by visits/calls
- Opening up of new clients by cold-calling/emailing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must be sales & target driven
- Candidates must be agressive in closing sales
- Good communication skills
- Must be meticulous and have a strong sense of following-up skills
- Willing to travel outdoors to meet client/candidates
- To be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
- Candidates with CEI certificate
- Only Singaporeans
