Recruitment consultants required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities ranging from getting a job order, sourcing for candidates and matching of candidates into the job
  • Maintaining and expanding the clientele base for the Company
  • Marketing of Company’s services to new and existing clients
  • Provide professional advice to clients and candidates
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with client and candidates by visits/calls
  • Opening up of new clients by cold-calling/emailing
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Candidates must be sales & target driven
  • Candidates must be agressive in closing sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be meticulous and have a strong sense of following-up skills
  • Willing to travel outdoors to meet client/candidates
  • To be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
  • Candidates with CEI certificate
  • Only Singaporeans
