We are looking for a full time Ecommerce Customer Service / Order Management to work in our office.
Your job duties include:-
1) Manage daily orders in detailed manner without any errors. You need to be good in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Pivot table, Vlookup, ability to work with large excel files)
2) Provide Customer Service via Email by answering all customer emails in timely manner (In Good English as all all our customers are from USA. You do not need to talk to customers over phone, just Email. But the emails must be in Professional English)
3) Create online content such as product descriptions as per our instructions and training. Create and post content on company social media content
4) Prepare excel reports as required
5) Assist with day-to-day operations of the E-commerce operations, such as order processing, inventory management, customer enquiries and web-site development.
6) Ensure timely execution of promotions such as alignment of campaign calendars of various e-commerce official online channels.
7) Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Main Job skills Required:-
1) Must be Very Good in Written English (No Grammar Errors) (English Speaking skill is not required)
2) Must be Good in Microsoft Excel as Excel is heavily used in this job.
3) Must be very Detail Oriented and Responsible. Your job is very responsible work
4) Previous E-commerce experience is preferred. We would prefer to hire teammates with previous ecommerce experience, but we are also providing training for new grads.
5) Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
6) Previous experience in Shopify would be a plus.
