Duties and responsibilities
- Preparation of food according to the established standards
- Monitoring food presentation and quality
- Cook and prepare assigned dishes for serving according to the menu (Main and special/Promotion dishes)
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen
- Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils
- Performs any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 – 3 years of experience in traditional Cantonese/Teochew cuisine
- Good attitude, proactive and reliable
- Team work and passionate
- Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy.
- To communicate regarding the tasks and job responsibility
- Able to read and speak English and Mandarin as need to handle Chinese Speaking customers from time to time/ read Chinese Menu
Full time and part time positions available
From $1500/month *Salary varies depending on experiences*
