Duties and responsibilities

  • Preparation of food according to the established standards
  • Monitoring food presentation and quality
  • Cook and prepare assigned dishes for serving according to the menu (Main and special/Promotion dishes)
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen
  • Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils
  • Performs any other duties assigned


  • Must have at least 1 – 3 years of experience in traditional Cantonese/Teochew cuisine 
  • Good attitude, proactive and reliable
  • Team work and passionate
  • Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy.
  • To communicate regarding the tasks and job responsibility
  • Able to read and speak English and Mandarin as need to handle Chinese Speaking customers from time to time/ read Chinese Menu

Full time and part time positions available

From $1500/month *Salary varies depending on experiences*
