Location: Somerset
Pay: up to $5000
Duration: 4 months (convertible to perm)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, Office hours

Responsibilities:
• To provide legal advice on a broad range of commercial issues of relevance to the Company’s telecommunications voice and data services business group
• To prepare, negotiate and advise on all aspects of corporate customer contracts and standard terms
• Working with various business lines, and the company’s finance, regulatory, risk and legal teams
• Provide solutions consistent with the Company’s corporate policies
• Possess good writing skills to present deviation papers to senior management
• Updating of business lines
• Ensuring the sign-off documentations are filed and maintained within the business group’s repository

Requirements:
• Degree in Law with 2-3 years’ PQE gained as in-house counsel or with a reputable commercial law firm
• Experience in international contracting matters preferred
• Possess an analytical mind, good business sense, an eye for detail and sound knowledge of general corporate and contract law
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and to meet critical deadlines
• Previous exposure in IT-related or telco industry is an advantage
